Hi Person who is working as an engineer in a private company for a period of 5months and he is in deduction of TDS on salary . From September 2018he got a job ln south africa and his office is located at Dubai from where he is getting salary from Dubai account. Whether he is liable to pay tax for amount received from September from Dubai acct.

He is not liable to pay tax for amount received from September from Dubai acct as he becomes non resident, stay outside India exceed 182 days.
