A company registered under the ROC of one state can file its INCOME TAX return in some other state?? please reply as soon as possible...and if possible then give some reference or proof...

Manual filing of income tax return of companies had been done away with the introduction of mandatory e-filing of returns. In view of that the question is meaningless.
