14 September 2019 We are advertising on Facebook. Facebook shows our logo on some pages and whenever someone clicks on our add we are charged on pee click basis.

Suggest me if tds is not required to be deducted then under which section it faals ??

14 September 2019 TDS not required to be deducted but equalisation levy of 6% has to be deducted on the payments exceeding 1 lac.
