REFUND WITHOUR PROCESS AND INTIMATION 143(1)

03 October 2019 Hello Sir/Madam
I have filed Income Tax return ITR 3 For my Clients and they have received IT Refund after a long time ( Apx 100 Days). But the matter is that money is directly credited to bank account without giving any intimation u/s 143(1).
and even when i tried to track the ITR Processing status it still shows that Successfully verified.then after i tried refund status in traces site it shows that no records found for the AY. I dont know whats happening regarding Updation of Status?
Can You Please Give me any clarification regarding the same ?
Please sir give me some clarification regarding the same.

04 October 2019 Your return is processed and refund made there is delay in updation in E filing site. Wait for intimation.

But some of people get intimation
Order date : say 10/09/2019
Intimation date 14/09/2019
And refund is credited on 25/09/2019
So there is significant delay between these process.
In that situation I have seen that e filing site is updated on 14/09/2019 itself.
But on the other hand I didn't even get intimation before refund.
If there is significant difference in renfund amount how can I submit rectification request before refund ?
