refund of income tax

03 March 2009 My company has got a refund of Rs 153000 but due to some reason we were not able to deposit the cheque within time (in the bank),due the reason given above the bank returned our cheque.And than we approched to the income tax department and submitted the cheque along with the application on 31st dec. 2008,for the fresh cheque but since than we haven,t received any thing, can anyone tell me how we should proceed from here so that we can get our refund.
