Recently Qualified CA Can do Company Audit for 2018-19

26 November 2019 CA qualified in may 2019 attempt and holding COP from 1st Oct 2019 Can he do the Company Audit for financial year ending 31/03/2019(i.e FY 2018-19)? if the auditor appointed in last year AGM was resigned in Sep 2019, now that recently qualified CA can accept this Audit? and also in case of Tax Audit for that company?

26 November 2019 yes.... a ca is ca... recently or experienced not matters he is a capable of doing audit that why he is qualified.

27 November 2019 Can accept, provided the date of the letter giving consent and the date of signing the financials should not be earlier than 1-10-2019. Inference - section 139 & 141 of the Companies Act,2013 and MCA notification GSR. 464 (E) dt. 5-6-2015
