Sir, I have income from interest from FD's other than that i do not have any other income from next year if i sell shares or mutual funds exceeding 1 lakh which is the itr form i need to file my returns, so far i was filling itr 1. In case any one is a NRO and his income in india is less than 1 lakh is it compulsory for him to file returns in india.
