Ratio between Authorized and Paid up share Capital

04 December 2008 Is there any ratio between authorized share capital and Paid-up share capital of a Pvt Ltd company. A company wants to have authorized capital of Rs.50 Lakh[due to use of Intl with name] and Paid up Capital of 5 lakh. What would be my cost for ROC. Can I use chairman as the designation for director who invested majority.?

04 December 2008 1) No ratio.
2) Roc fees alone Rs.1,08,000/-
3) Chairman and executive/non-executive director.

05 December 2008 Thanks for your replay. How much should be my authorized capital, if I want to use the name "XXX International". Is there any other requirements to use that name apart from authorised Capital. What is the ratio of RoC fees with Share Capital? Is there any way to reduce my ROC charges
