Dear Team,
We have received Invoice Dt. 04.04.2019 and received Lower deduction certificate u/s197 valid from 28.04.2019 to 31.03.2020.
So query is should we deduct TDS @ Normal rate nor Lower rate for the invoice dt.04.04.2019.
