please let me know how to file manual return .How many copies of ST3 is require?

19 October 2010 Pl prepare 3 sets of ST-3 out of which one will be returned to service provider's copy after duly acknowledged by the department.

19 October 2010 Yes ,copies of GAR-7 has to be attached with ST-3.
