If a contract is made with an outsider for Material with Labour than what would be obligation for Deduction of PF and ESI and on what amount-
1) if Labour charges specifically mentioned.
2) if Labour charges not specifically mentioned.

Better you maintain muster roll on daily basis and keep proper record of daily persence of workers, deduct PF/ESIC on actual persencs end of the month.
In case ESIC not cover in your area you take worker compensation policy.
