Dear sir my client is defulter in payment of professional tax... Now he has received a show cause notice along with the interst amount of Rs. 30000. He is financial not in position to honour this obligation. In act it is said that officer may charge interets , How can i help him.

Professiomal Tax pay with intrest in case defaulter.You should pay immediate unless later defaulter bank account may be cease by dept.
