09 October 2009 Professional Tax is a State Tax and procedure for registration is governed by the P.Tax Rules.

11 October 2009 you contact to local commercial tex department.Follow the procedure as instructed
by department.professional tex deduct as per slab of employee salary excluding bonus and pf and deposit the same to commercial dept every month.
