I work in a counselling company and one of our therapists who we used to pay u/s 194J moved to Qatar on 31st Jan 2022. She is still providing us service from there. Please guide me on which section I have to deduct TDS for the PY 22-23. Is it under 194J or 195 and what rate should I use. Thanks
