I Know: 1. That the Board meeting to be conveyed for Applying for name approval (i.e. eform 1A) 2. That the General Meeting to be coveyed pass resolution and Filling of Form 1B and Form 23 with in time limit 3. That the Changes to be made in the MoA and AoA
now my query is that: 1. is there any stamp duty payable for change in name. if yes on which form (we are in the State of Maharashtra) 2. is it possible to go for change in name viz a viz change in the object clause (in the MoA) if yes what is the procedure.
