CA Rohan Sogani, is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate with over 13 years of experience in Direct Tax, litigation and advisory, and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). His career includes notable tenures with Big Four Accounting Firms, where he honed his expertise in various financial and legal disciplines. He regularly appears before appellate forums such as the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) and the National Company Law Tribunal. He is also experienced in representing clients before the Enforcement Directorate in matters related to FEMA. He has argued numerous cases before different benches of the ITAT and has many reported judgments to his credit. In addition to his litigation work, he has played a significant role in advising on inbound and outbound transaction, facilitating both the inflow of investments into India and the outflow of investments abroad. He has also authored various articles published by the Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai, Taxsutra.com, Taxmann.com, itatonline.com, and other reputed platforms. He has also spoken at various seminars and study circle meetings organized by ICAI and also Taxmann.com
