Problem in registering digital signature on mca21

24 September 2014 AS I HAVE TRIED TO REGISTER MY DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON MCA WEBSITE IT SHOWS AN ERROR "Digital signature verification failed or your certifying authority is not trusted.Please ensure that your system settings are as per the MCA guidelines mentioned on ther poratl". After that i have checked the tools option in internet explorer tools>internet options>contents>certificates>view.The message appears on that window is "WINDOWS DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION TO VERIFY THIS CERTIFICATE"

NOW PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO?

24 September 2014 Check the following Pre-requisites in your PC:

1. Operating system should be windows xp sp3/windows vista or windows 7.

2. Java version should be 1.6-0_30 or 31.

3. Certificate status must be okay in the below mentioned path.
Open IE browser> Tools> Internet options>content>certificates>personal>double click on applicants name, Click on certification path tab and check whether status is okay in the status box.
