Whether prior permission is required on plain paper in case of industrial training before submission form 109 to ICAI.

Dear Sir
My Principal wants written confirmation from icai before signing form 109 that no prior permission required to icai in case of industrial training.I already drop mail to e-sayataha team & also in Northern Branch Mam who see this matter.But they do not reply.I already seen the icai site but there I did not found any such guidelines.Please help what should we do in this case.
