Yes, by filling Form No 112 But note that if it is a regular course (i-e not a distance course)then your office time & college time should not match, you have to serve 7 hrs a day in office therefore ensure yourself that collge timing & office timing should not match whether u attend college or not it doesn't matter but on Form 112 which is prescribed one, contain both timing and also required your college & Office Principals's signature

However you can'nt go for both the course at a time , bcoz CA Institutes opine only for one course with CA during Articleship, but after completing Articleship you can opt for both courses simultaneously

here u said ICAI opines!!!!!! it means that i can persue both the courses? now ICAI had came out with clarification that those students registered before 01.04.2008 do not need to fill in 112. now M Com & LLB both are academic course & not distance course. M Com is external while college timings for LLB are morning. So after all these details can i persue both the courses. plese give a reference to the regulatory or Act for the above matter.
