Permanent certificate for 80g

There is a provision for approval of 80G donations, i.e once it is approved for 80G then it will be valid for permanent, but from which date it is amended.
what is the last date for filing the Form 10G

31 January 2015 80G certificate. However, with effect from
01.10.2009 the 80G certificate has become
permanent in nature. In other words, all
80G certificates issued after 01.10.2009 are permanent in nature unless it is specifically withdrawn by the Income Tax Department
