Our Pvt Ltd company closed & Company Audit Over & now IT Return & ROC return filed for FY 2017-18.
Now my query is after closing the company the How to pay the Auditors Fees relating to Audit for FY 2017-18. No provision made for Audit in Books of Accounts in FY 2017-18. Now the Auditors asking for Audit Fees & Bill on name of company/ director. Who can make the payment of audit fees.

The company has no funds and the company's reserve and surplus are negative. Before closing of bank account only CS fees paid & Bank Balance of Rs.2435/- bank's has given cheque in name of director.
