I HAVE PURCHASE GOODS BUT I NOT PAID AMOUNT IN 180 DAYS DUE TO POOR QUALITY OF GOODS ALSO I NOT REVERSE THE INPUT BY MISTAKE.PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT WILL BE FINE OR PENALTY?
