One of my friend is running a ca proprietorship firm from last 2 years but from a growth and opportunity perspective I want to enquire whether it should be converted into partnership firm or not?? Are there any additional benefits attached to the partnership forms than proprietorship firm. And most importantly what will be the additional compliances for a partnership firm. So the question is what is more beneficial partnership or proprietorship firm?
