Dear Sir,
There is a partnership firm having two partners. One partner wish to retire from the firm. And remaining one partner wish to maintain firm's PAN no. by admiting a new partner.
For this what is the procedure they have to follow?

you've to form a partnership deed in which one partner will retire and one partner will be admitted in reference to old partnership deed..

Please reconstitute the partnership by executing a deed in stamp paper of requisite value.
