07 June 2012 Being a Minor can not enter into partnership, Will be the guardian(mother) admitted in the deed as guardian of such minor partner even the mother is a government employee?
i.e., the mother of the minor is a govt. servant. In such case, the mother can be admitted and signed in the partnership deed of a business in the place of such minor partner on behalf of such minor partner. Is it possible or correct?
Otherwise, what will be the best solution for this situation?

It is possible for mother to be a partner on

behalf of minor. But normally father is natural guardian and stutus of father not mentioned in querry.

But in Majority of Government organization there is a rule that employee cannot do any other business unless specifically permited by department which is almost impossible.

So Private Limited seems to be better alternative.
