My one client approached me to file income tax return electronically.
His PAN is already regisered in TIN Website. He has not filed any return electronically or mannualy till now.
Now Please let me know how to reset password. I have mailed confidential details to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in and requested to reset password but there is no reply from last 7 days.

Certain software companies had developed software, which enables uploading possible without registration/password setting on Income tax e filing web-site. You can upload xml file directly. Inquire your software vendor, he may assist or guide you.
