I have file a return which is below expemption limit. Now I have received n intimatio u/s 143 (1).
but as per said sec only in case of demand payable then only said order can be issued by dept.
plz tell wht I have to do as in the said order there is no demand payable also...

As your income is below exemption limit and no tax is payable by you no demand is raised. You have nothing to do further.
