IF A PERSON HAVING TURNOVER OF LESS THAN 75 LAKHS AND GETTING RENTALS FROM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY CAN OPT FOR COMPOSITION SCHEME?

GST is not applicable on rent received from residential property.
Hence it is not a supply of service so no question of disqualification on that account.
Since your turnover is less than Rs. 75 Lakhs you can opt for composition scheme presuming you fulfill other mentioned conditions also.
