if you have filed signing the return digitally, then the return is valid. But if you filed without signing it digitally, then you should have had submitted within 15 days of filing the e-return. But still go and submit the provisional acknowledgement.

If ITR V is filed with IT department with in 15 days of electronic filing, the date of electronic filing will be treated as the date of filing of the return. If ITR V is submitted in the IT office after 15 days,the date on which it is submitted in the IT office shall be deemed to be the date of filing of the IT return.
