Hi I need some advice... One of my clients has having very old outstanding demand for the AY 2011-12 and his interest accrued is more than his outstanding demand. He wants to close the matter but he didn't have any documents (ITR return for the related year, Notice copy). He just have copy of Form 16 with him. Pls, advise how to get the old returns and notice copy from the department as it is also not showing in the eportal.
