Notice of removal of company name from companies register

20 July 2018 Dear Sir/Madam,

I have got a notice from RoC Kanpur that our company's name will be removed fromthe company's register. The letter was recieved late and now the time is also over to respond.

We have not been doing doing / conducting any business activity in this company but we have recently decided to start operations in this company.

The company was formed in 2012 (six years back) and no operations were carried outin it neither any taxes were paid (as no wrok was done).

I want to save this company... would it be beneficial? Can I still can start operatons in it?

Kindly suggest what to do further.

substantial, apart from court fee and professional fee. Decision is your's.
