Not able to dowload form 16 a

05 June 2012 Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Working with Pvt. Ltd. Co.

From the last 5 days i am trying to download form 16 A of a particular Clients. I knows all the procedure about downloading form 16 A. When i filled the details at time of request for Form 16 A like Challan No/ Date / Amount/ distinct PAN etc. Errors occurs every time. 7 i am not able to download form 16 A & As per My Knowledge i am not doing any mistake in entering PAN & Amount.There are 2 challans in 4th Quarter, In each challan only 1 Deductee.

Please help Me what are the other reasons for such errors.
