Details of Directors ( Birth Place, Highest Qualification/ Term of stay at residence address, interest of director in company or LLP if any with board resolution, Share in Capital Subscribed, Designation, Nationality) 6. As per latest amendments in form Spice now Companies are incorporated in Form SPICE+ which is a web based form i.e e MOA and AOA, You have to first draft the MOA and AOA in word then fill in the web based form after prescrutiny submit the forms and then download for attaching digital signatures. No physical documents are required.
