22 February 2010 If a Pvt Ltd Company, which is not doing any operation and directors want to liquidate(or sell) it, has not filed annual accounts with ROC for the last 7 years, then can it file accounts for the current year only. If yes would it be saved from additional fees??

22 February 2010 No. Returns for all the pending years has to be filed necessarily.
