No photo and sign in the admit card

Does the photograph on the attested letter have to be separately attested or will does the photo have to be attested and the letter on which the photo us attached also have to be attested ? Does anyone have a format of the letter ?

Get your photo and signature attested by your CA in his letter head and produce it to your invigilator. Have a photo ID card with you and produce it when required. Read the instructions in your hall ticket.

Does the photograph itself have to be signed on ? As in my CA has just signed at the bottom of the letter..and not on or next to the photograph... Will this do... The photograph has been affixed on the letter
