Mr.X has skip filing of I.T. Return for the last 3-financial years due to no business/no gains/or say below taxable limit. current year his income has exceeded the taxable limit. Q. to file the current yrs return is it compulsory to file the last 3yrs NIL returns. how should he proceed, plz suggest.

agree with experts that Nil return is not compulsory but you can file it.if you need anywhere.. when Income is taxable then its compulsory.
