minimum share capital required is 1 lakh . . . . There is no restrictions on using special words in our company name as per latest rules . . Companies (name availability) rules 2011 is ammended by vide MCA circular 45/2011.Hence there is no restriction of minimum share capital for using special words in name of company . . u may refer
