28 January 2017 My Query is... ST-2 is necessary to open current account... If turnover of Assessee is below threshold limit, So Is it compulsory to charge service tax from consumer..?

29 January 2017 No need of ST 2 for opening current ac. No need to charge service tax and pay to govt in case of below threshold.
