We are manufacturer, our investment in Plant & Machinery is around 12 Cr. But our Turnover in last year 2019-20 was 245 Cr. We are in confusion that in which category we will fall? Either medium or large? Someone says "Medium" and someone says "Large".

For MEDIUM , the condition is Investment < 20 cr AND Turnover < 100 cr. Here, turnover exceeded the limit. Hence, the classification is LARGE.

But Sir, there is also a confusion that if Investment is 4.9 Cr. (condition for small) and Turnover is 90 Cr.(condition for Medium), then what will be our Category?
