To carry on the business of online shopping, marketing of consumer goods, creating stores, shops, providing online trading in and outside India but does not include
banking, insurance and money circulating business.

For AOA ,visit www.mca.gov.in and see form SPICe AOA ( INC-34) and edit it
according to your requirement.
