I have a small query, please confirm that Is minimum wages act is applicable for Partnership firm??

24 January 2015 Yes it is applicable to partnership firm.

employer" means any person who employs, whether directly or through another person, or whether on behalf of himself or any other person, one or more employees in any scheduled employment in respect of which minimum rates of wages have been fixed under this Act.

27 January 2015 this is not a single act for partnership it is governed by factory act, you have to see the your state fatctory act. esic and EPF act for that.
