24 January 2011 No remedy. Once e-form 20B is 'approved' it can't be revised / re filed.

24 January 2011 Yes, You can revise Annual filing eForm in respect of the Forms already filed but the fees for subsequent revised filing shall be charged, assuming it as a new filing.
