good afternoon sir\mam i want to know that supoose my income after deduction is 3.50 lakh and bank saving interest is 10000 than will i fill my return for f.y 11-12. and bank will deduct tds @10% plz help

Banks do not deduct TDS on interest paid on savings account.
If your income is only from Salary and the employer has deducted tax on salary income + bank interest and you do not have a refund claim, then you need not file the return.
