we are a body corporate, having business of " poultry farm ( Hatcheries,Breeding,brooding farm) . We are appointed casual worker through labour contractor.Can we are liable for paying service tax or can our activity falls under negative list ( Agri.Activity).
you are requested to guide in this regard ,please this is most urgent sir.

Related to agricultural related service defined under 65(B)(3),65(B)(4),65(B)(5),65(B)(6),66d Intimidatory job exempt under notification 25/2012 under mega exemption.
