Relevant to AY 2021-22 Income Tax on LongTerm capital gain on sale of unlisted shares can be saved under section 54EE by investing the LTCG in units of Funds notified prior to April 2019.
Has Govt notified any such funds?. Is there any other section under which the tax can saved on LTCG on sale of unlisted shares without investing in real estate?
