As per regulation 59 and 74 one-sixth of the period for which he/she has actually served,excluding from such period the period for which he/she has been on leave,subject to a maximum of 180 days.

It is not clear whether the querrist is a member or a student of CA, whether undergoing articles or fresher yet to be registered. The querry seems to get the reply without any effort to go through the regulations or the relevant material.
We should reply this type of querries only by making the person to go through the relevant regulations which would give an opportunity to go through the relevant materials.
