30 October 2009 I want to know the interest on late payment of Professional tax in maharashtra on company for FY 2009-10. Is there also any penlaty for same.

30 October 2009 Interest Rate for Late Payment 1.25% on basic Tax amount
Panelty Rs.300/- per annum per return.
