What is the labour law as per companys act. Please clarify details regarding employees benifit, specially bonus, PF, ESIC,Privilege leave, Casual leave Gratuaty etc.

BONUS/GRATUITY APPLICABLE ON 5 YR OLD COMPANY.
PF APPLICABLE FOR THOSE COMPANY HAVING 20 PERSON ANY WORKING DAY.EMPLOYEE SALARY CRETERIA RS.6500.
ESIC APPLICABLE IF COMPANY HAVING 10 PERSON WORKING SINGLE DAY AND SALARY CRETERIA OF EMPLOYEE RS.10000.
