01 December 2019 The assessee does not have any account any account with any bank in India. Can the assessee file the ITR ? Whether in such case any provision is inserted income tax act ?

27 May 2020 I think ITR can be filed. Bank Account is needed only for refund cases mainly otherwise it seems to be an optional requirement only.

31 October 2021 If NRI, he can give foreign bank account no, along with any Indian bank account (be Joint holder) for refund credit.
