Please tell me if anybody working as employee in any MNC co for nine months & will get form 16 for his income . After he do consultancy for balance months & get form 16A for the same period. Year end he have to file his ITR , so please tell me which ITR he have to fill (ITR2 or ITR4

If the person is providing Professional services then you cant file return in ITR2. You have to file return in ITR4. For any further query you can also send me a PM.
